Valid infringement claims result in the immediate isolation of the merchant listing.
Repeated copyright violations lead to permanent shop closure and frozen multi-vendor payouts.
[S]PIDERPIE bridges independent merchants who control their own product descriptions, images, and item nodes. While we do not generate the merchant catalogs, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and local copyright legislation, we promptly process formally structured takedown requests.
To submit a valid notice of infringement, the copyright owner or authorized representative must provide our legal desk with a written communication containing the following parameters:
Please route formal copyright documentations directly to our designated intellectual property agent:

Subject Line: DMCA Copyright Notice - [Product/Shop Name]When a listing node is taken down, the affected merchant is notified instantly via their dashboard. If the seller believes their item was removed due to a sorting error or misidentification, they may file a formal counter-notification. The counter-notice must prove authorization rights or demonstrate authentic procurement lines. If valid, the platform will notify the original claimant. The claimant has 10 business days to file a legal action, failing which the merchant listing may be reinstated.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Falsely filing takedowns to disrupt competing merchants will lead to immediate account termination and legal escalation.
