1. Doorstep Verification & COD

We operate exclusively via **Cash on Delivery (COD)** through our dedicated logistics partner, **Steadfast Courier**. To ensure absolute clarity and trust, you are highly encouraged to inspect your item at the moment of delivery:

• Check Before You Pay: Open the package in front of the Steadfast delivery agent to verify that the items match your order specs.
• Instant Return option: If the product is physically broken or incorrect, simply hand it back to the agent without paying. The order status updates instantly on our tracking framework.

2. Multi-Vendor Consolidations

Because [S]PIDERPIE bridges independent merchants, an order containing items from multiple shops will generate **distinct tracking parcels**. Each vendor dispatches their respective product node to the nearest Steadfast hub separately. While we calculate total delivery logic dynamically at checkout, your packages may arrive at your coordinates at slightly different times depending on vendor proximity.

3. Transit SLA & Dispatch Constraints

Fulfillment timelines commence the moment a merchant marks a status line item as “Ready for Pickup”:

• Merchant Processing Window: Vendors are given up to 24 hours to hand off items to the Steadfast courier agent.
• Courier Delivery Scope: Shipments are delivered during daylight hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), excluding national holidays or extreme regional weather blocks.
• Unreachable Destinations: Steadfast agents will attempt to reach your phone number up to 3 times over 48 hours before systematically returning the package back to our fulfillment center.

4. Address Changes & Redirects

Once an order is handed off to Steadfast and assigned an active tracking token, delivery addresses cannot be routed to a completely different district. If you must adjust minor parameters (such as an alternate flat number or a backup contact number), please reach out directly to our billing desk before the delivery vehicle arrives in your sector.
