By creating an account or checking out as a guest, you recognize that [S]PIDERPIE acts as a digital intermediary. The actual physical contract of sale is established directly between the buyer and the vendor holding that specific product inventory.
We currently operate on an exclusive **Cash on Delivery (COD)** structure. Because no upstream gateway validation takes place during a cart checkout, placing an order represents a binding commitment to purchase:
Cart checkout aggregates items across separate geographic nodes. You acknowledge that single transactions may be itemized into distinct courier packages. All shipping operations are handled by **Steadfast Courier**. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external third-party issues, traffic conditions, regional transport obstacles, or force majeure events.
Disputes, damage claims, or item mismatch flags must be logged via our application dashboard within **48 hours** of package drop-off. Once this window passes, payment splits are irreversibly committed to the respective merchant ledger account, and the platform cannot execute a manual bKash/Nagad/Rocket disbursement reversal. Future iterations of [S]PIDERPIE will introduce integrated Bangladeshi mobile financial service (MFS) and banking payment gateways.
